What are your shipping options?
We offer the following shipping methods* for orders of £49+ (or currency equivalent):
Standard (2–4 days): Free
Express (1–2 days): £9.99
*Delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to cut-off times for same-day processing (1 P.M. GMT). We provide tracking details for all shipping options. Some locations may have additional restrictions or extended delivery times.
02. Engraving & Images
Can you engrave mature content?
Yes, we accept legal mature or adult content. However, if the image is deemed inappropriate, we may decline the order and issue a refund. If you’re unsure, feel free to email your photo to info@giftic.co.uk for a quick review before placing your order. Your images remain private and are only used to create your 3D photo crystal.
What kind of images can I upload?
We encourage you to upload any high-quality photo—family portraits, selfies, pet pictures, or even quirky vacation shots. If it’s special to you, we’ll transform it into a personalised crystal gift. Just ensure the image is clear and in good lighting to achieve the best 3D engraving results.
So I can upload any photo, as long as it’s high-quality?
Correct, with a few considerations. Avoid extreme angles or very poor lighting. Close-up portraits or well-focused images work best. Our designers will do their best to enhance your photo, but the clearer your image, the better your 3D photo crystal will look.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and PNG. If you have trouble uploading or your photo is in a different format, email us at info@giftic.co.uk.

How long will it take to make my crystal?
Typically, orders are processed and delivered within 3–7 business days with our standard shipping. Enter your shipping address at checkout for more accurate delivery estimates. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, a little extra time never hurts.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production: We usually create your crystal within 1–2 days. If you’ve requested a free 3D preview for approval, any delays in your response can affect this timeline.
Shipping: With free shipping, your order should arrive in 2–4 days after it’s finished. If you need it sooner, opt for express shipping at checkout.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

We use K9 Crystal for its exceptional clarity and durability; perfect for showcasing your engraved 3D images without losing brilliance over time.
Are your crystals easy to break?
While our crystals are built to last, they are still glass and should be handled with care. Displaying them somewhere secure helps ensure they’ll remain flawless for a lifetime.

How do I send you my photo?
Typically, orders are processed and delivered within 3–7 business days with our standard shipping. Enter your shipping address at checkout for more accurate delivery estimates. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, a little extra time never hurts.
How do I cancel my order?
Email info@giftic.co.uk as soon as you can. If we haven’t begun production, we’ll issue a full refund. However, once your personalised crystal gift is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.
How do I return my crystal?
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Email info@giftic.co.uk with your reason and include photos of the item. Returned items must be in their original condition, along with proof of purchase. You’re responsible for return shipping costs. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund within a few days.
Will you remake my crystal if I don’t like it?
If there’s an issue with your crystal, contact us at info@giftic.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo of the crystal against a dark background and a brief explanation. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve any problems. Different timelines may apply for items lost or damaged in transit, so please review our Return and Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Open your package immediately and check for damage. If your crystal is damaged, keep all original packaging (box, bubble wrap, etc.) and email photos of the damaged item and packaging to info@giftic.co.uk within 48 hours. Our customer service team is available from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. GMT and will help you arrange a resolution.

Do I need to purchase a light base?
Our crystals look stunning on their own, but a light base can bring out every detail of your engraving. Depending on your display area, proper illumination can make a huge difference.
Why buy your Light Base from us?
Our LED Light Bases are custom-selected to fit each crystal shape and size, featuring brilliant LEDs and multiple display modes to emphasise every etched detail. Purchasing directly from us ensures you get the perfect match for your 3D photo crystal.
How do I add a Light Base to my order?
After you pick your crystal shape and upload a photo, you’ll see recommended Light Base options. Choose your preferred base, click Add to Cart, and we’ll ship both together.
